Introducing STRUCTURE. Join me in Boulder this New Year's for 4 days of meditation and workshops on the structures - both in us and without - that give rise to our experience of life itself.
I've designed this retreat for those that struggle to give themselves direction without coercion, to keep resolutions, and to make meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. Synthesizing lessons from architecture, systems thinking, Western psychology and Zen Buddhism, we'll first survey your individual pattern language, or how you construct your experience of the world. We'll then work together to re-frame concepts that mislead you, re-vitalize patterns that deaden you, and re-design the structures of your life, creating space that helps bring about the truest, happiest, most vital version of you.
